I was absolutely obsessed with video games ~ 1979-1989.

The video screen still dominates my life as a software engineer.

I remember seeing my first pong game in the basement of a church, of all places.

Then the Asteroids and Berzerk in the entrance of supermarkets.

Then arcades and bowling alleys.

Then I got a Commodore 64 and it was all over. I spent entire summers playing games, swapping warez, and learning programming.
